Payments are expected upfront in full. Exceptions can be made for orders over $300.

Payment is taken via Artistree or directly through PayPal.

I do not accept cancellations longer than a week after receiving payment

If you need to cancel before paying, please let me know instead of cutting contact. I will not hold it against you, and it helps me to budget my life if I am told.

I reserve the right to cancel your commission and issue a full or partial refund equivalent to work finished due to harassment or improper conduct (Includes lack of communication without warning or lack of cooperation).

If I need to cancel a commission due to personal events, you will be contacted and a refund will be issued.

LDepending on events going on in my life, workload, and the complexity of the work, turnaround can be anywhere between a day and a few weeks. Feel free to inquiry about progress on your commission. If I am unable to finish your commission within two months I will contact you with progress and an estimated timeline.

If you want something done by a deadline, tell me ahead of time. Deadlines must be at least two weeks in advance. You may be asked to pay extra to priority if I have lots of work on my plate.

I reserve the right to interpret the commission in my own style. Small details like marking shapes and colors may be tweaked to fit my way of drawing. If something is important to not get lost in translation, please point it out to me.

By default I do not offer sketches for less complex artwork (tinies, minis, icons, etc.) Please inform me ahead of time if you would like a sketch to approve. (You may ask for progress at any time however I may not wait for approval before continuing work unless you have previously requested otherwise.)

With larger artworks (generally anything priced over $70) I will send a minimum of a sketch to approve with one free full restart at that stage. One round of minor edits to lineart and colors is included as well. Anything beyond those changes may come with a surcharge.

Be sure to specify any specific requests like certain aspect ratios and resolutions.

I accept changes if I forgot or missed something in your original commission request. Changes to any commission that are not due to me forgetting something from the reference or original description will cost extra.

Please be patient. I am a disabled young adult. Sometimes I miss messages or cannot keep up, feel free to give me a nudge.

Use the art to promote myself

Post the art on my social media. Artwork can be kept private for a $20 fee. This fee does not apply to temporary privacy for pieces bought as gifts.

Make alternative versions to my liking (no extra cost if not requested)

Retain all copyright to the artwork.

Post the artwork made for you to you/your characters page, use it as an icon, etc. Artwork must link back to me if posted publicly.

Print the artwork for yourself

Purchase certain rights to the artwork. Contact me for pricing and use intentions. I reserve the right to refuse. Note that full rights to an artwork will be priced based on industry rates and will likely be more expensive.

Sell or profit in any way off my artwork. If the artwork is for a design you wish to sell, you must conform to the designer's reselling TOS. You may not add value to my artwork. If the designer allows it, you may add what you paid to the total value of the design.

Sell duplicates, prints, or merch of the artwork (Without buying full commercial rights)

Alter the artwork without my expressed permission

Remove any signature or watermark. You may request for it to be moved.
